God's
Calling
What does it look like to pursue God’s design? Well, we believe there are lots of ways in lots of places that He wants to teach, share, grow and show us Himself and His love through a generous creation and beautiful design. For us, the invitation begins with learning to work and care and love others through His land.

What does that look like? Glad you asked! The vision God has been building for us centers around a regenerative permaculture farmstead-based ministry we’re calling, MadeWell Ministries. It’s our sincere belief that we were indeed made well. Our original blueprints were made by a master craftsman and over time we have moved away from His good design in numerous ways. Part of our mission is to uncover and recover, learn and unlearn, practice and experiment in living in the wholeness of His custom-fit design for His beloved creation. Our prayer is this: “To honor God’s design by nourishing the Body of Christ in spirit, soul, and soil”.

The media He’s guiding us to work in, like clay from the earth, is a farmstead, where the spiritual and physical inextricably overlap. We believe regenerative farming invites a more holistic approach to connecting with Christ and others by tending and eating, working and listening, resting and playing, learning and teaching. Through the truly Biblical generosity of one family, God has brought us to 350 acres of land to steward along with the owners in the shared goal of creating a place of education, respite, and experimentation to engage and connect with the local community and nourish the body of Christ. We believe God has some pretty grand plans for what He wants to do with this opportunity and are humbled and excited to get to play a role in this story as He brings the resources, finances and people together to advance His kingdom here on earth, as it is in heaven, and bring Him further glory and honor.
